Welcome to EarthSong Healing Arts. By accessing or participating in our services, courses, and community spaces, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General Use

• EarthSong Healing Arts provides energy healing sessions, membership programs, courses, and community forums for personal growth and spiritual development.

• Our offerings are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or legal advice. Please seek appropriate professional support as needed.

• By participating, you affirm that you are over 18 years old (or have parental/guardian consent if younger).

2. Membership & Programs

• Membership to the EarthSong Circle includes access to weekly live gatherings, the online course library, and the community forum.

• Memberships renew automatically unless canceled. You may cancel at any time; your membership will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.

• No refunds or partial-month refunds are issued once a billing cycle has begun.

• Access to course content and the forum ends when membership is canceled.

3. Sessions & Programs (Clear & Balance, Soul Alchemy, etc.)

• Sessions must be scheduled in advance.

• No-shows are forfeited and not eligible for rescheduling, credit, or refund.

• Rescheduling: We kindly request 24 hours’ notice whenever possible. Sessions must be completed within 3 months of purchase.

• Refunds:

  • Before your first session: Refunds are available, minus a $60 processing fee to cover online transfer and banking fees.

  • After your first session: The program is considered in progress and no refunds are available.

4. Community Guidelines

• Our community spaces (including the Circle and online forum) are rooted in compassion, respect, and deep listening.

• Debate on philosophy, politics, or religion is not the purpose of this space; such posts may be removed.

• Attacks, harassment, or belittling others will not be tolerated.

• EarthSong Healing Arts reserves the right to remove members who do not uphold these values without refund.

5. Intellectual Property

• All course materials, recordings, and written content are the property of EarthSong Healing Arts.

• You may use these materials for personal practice and learning but may not reproduce, distribute, or share them without written permission.

6. Privacy

• We respect your privacy. Personal information will only be used to provide services, communicate with you, and maintain your account.

• We do not sell or share your information with third parties.

7. Limitation of Liability

• By participating, you acknowledge that energy healing and spiritual practices are subjective, experiential modalities. Results vary for each individual.

• EarthSong Healing Arts is not responsible for outcomes, decisions, or actions you take following sessions or programs.

• You agree to hold harmless EarthSong Healing Arts, its founder, and facilitators from any claims arising from your participation.

8. Updates to Terms

• These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
