Refund Policy

At EarthSong Healing Arts, we honor the commitment you make to your healing journey. Please review the following refund guidelines:

1. Memberships (EarthSong Circle)

• Membership fees are billed monthly.

• You may cancel at any time; your membership will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.

• No refunds or partial-month refunds are issued once a billing cycle has begun.

• When your membership ends, access to course materials, recordings, and the community forum will also end.

2. Private Sessions & Programs (Clear & Balance, Soul Alchemy, Alchemy of the Soul)

• Before your first session: Refunds are available, minus a $60 processing fee to cover banking and online transfer costs.

• After your first session: The program is considered in progress and no refunds will be issued.

• Rescheduling: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice when possible. Sessions must be completed within 3 months of purchase or they will expire.

• No-shows: Missed sessions without notice are forfeited and not eligible for refund, credit, or rescheduling.

3. Workshops, Courses & Events

• Refund requests made 7 or more days prior to the start date will be honored, minus a $60 processing fee.

• Refunds are not available for requests made within 7 days of the program start.

• If the event is canceled by EarthSong Healing Arts, participants will receive a full refund or credit toward a future offering.

4. Exceptions

We understand life is unpredictable. In rare cases of emergency, refunds or credits may be considered at the sole discretion of EarthSong Healing Arts.
