Cancellation Policy

🌿 🌿 Cancellation Policy No-Shows Sessions missed without notice are considered forfeited and are not eligible for rescheduling, credit, or refund. Rescheduling You’re welcome to reschedule your session — please give at least 24 hours’ notice whenever possible so we can honor both our time and energy. Refunds Before your first session: Refunds are available, minus a $60 processing fee to cover online transfer and banking costs. After your first session: Your program is considered in progress and no refunds will be issued. Program Timeline All sessions must be completed within 3 months of your start date or they will expire and be forfeited. To support your healing and transformation, we recommend scheduling all sessions at the outset of your program. Thank you for understanding and honoring the container of this work. Your commitment helps protect the integrity and flow of our shared journey.
